I’m interested in learning about people’s experiences with the post office and the postal workers they encounter.

For many people, going to the post office is a routine part of life. For others, it may be associated with an important letter, a difficult moment, a move, a job, a family member, or simply an annoying errand. I’m interested in both the ordinary and unexpected experiences people have had there.
